How to Register
All donations from fundraising must be submitted by Dec 18, 2025**

We encourage all families to use our online fundraising system, which is the preferred method for collecting pledges. It's quick, secure, and easy to share with friends and family!

**Please note if you missed this deadline, the remaining amount for minimum donation will be billed through FACTS.
Using your computer’s browser:

1.Go to http://pledgestar.com/stanne
2.Click “Not Registered For This Year’s Event”
3.Enter your name and email address, then click “Submit”
4.Follow the instructions on-screen to register Walker(s) and add family and friend

•Go to the Apple App Store on IOS or the Amazon App Store on Android and search for "PledgeStar" to download the Family App, or go to https://pledgestar.com/stanne/downloadapp.html
•On the home screen enter your event code: “stanne” to locate your event
•Click “Not Registered For This Year’s Event”
•Enter your name and email address, then click “Submit”
•Follow the instructions on-screen to register Walker(s) and add family and friends

Submitting Checks?
How to submit checks (for both Pledgestar and Paper pledges):

Make checks payable to: SAPTO (St. Anne Parent Teacher Organization)

Submit to the school office, addressed to: SAPTO c/o 5K Walk

Be sure to include your child’s name, grade, and Pledgestar check # on the memo line of the check.

If you need receipt, please register through Pledgestar and select "check" under "Select a Payment Method." The receipt will be sent once SAPTO receives the check.

Corporate Match Gifts
Many companies match employees' donations as part of their corporate philanthropy programs. This is an easy and impactful way to double your walk-a-thon donation at no additional cost to you. Plus, a company match would qualify your family for the Going the Extra Mile prize (an additional homework pass!).

How do I request a matching gift?

After making the initial donation through PledgeStar, you will receive a tax receipt via email to use as proof of your donation (for check submissions, please ask for a tax receipt).

Submit the required forms directly to your employer or within a corporate giving portal
