Design Contest Guidelines

We’re looking for creative, original artwork to represent our St. Anne 5K Walk – Fall 2025! Please follow the guidelines below carefully:

Format & Design Requirements

• Submit your design on 8.5” x 11” white copy paper (letter size).

• Do not use binder paper or any lined sheets.

• Only original, hand-drawn or digitally created artwork will be accepted.

• Your design must include the words:

  • “St. Anne”

  • “5K Walk”

  • “Fall 2025”

  • These words should be incorporated in a creative and artistic way.

• No copyrighted material (characters, logos, brand images, etc.) may be used.

• Your design should have a transparent or solid color background.

• Bold lines and simple graphics are preferred for easier printing on shirts, signs, etc.

Online

• Submit a high-resolution photocopy of your design.

• Make sure NO NAME is included in the front of the design.

• Name your digital file using the format: FirstName.LastName.Grade (e.g., Lisa.Simpson.3.jpg).

• Please keep the original drawing until the winners are announced.

Hard copy (to school office)

• Submit the original or high-resolution photocopy of your design.

• Make sure NO NAME is included in the front of the design.

• Clearly write your name and grade on the back of the paper.

• Submit to the school office and address to: SAPTO Walkathon T-shirt Design Contest.
